→Client Appointment Scheduling: Be the friendly voice making outbound calls and sending emails to book appointments into our EHS clinics.
→Client Enquiries: Be the go-to person for inbound calls and emails about our suite of EHS services, programs, and offerings.
→Customer Experience Management: Use your stellar communication skills to ensure a high success rate in bookings with a professional, friendly phone manner.
→Booking Accuracy:Make sure every booking is spot-on to exceed client expectations, thanks to your deep understanding of EHS services and customer needs.
→Data Management:Keep our client data up-to-date and accurate in the EHS platform, ensuring the clinical team has everything they need.
→Handle general office admin tasks.
→Liaise with clients, doctors, and other health professionals.
→Assist the Manager with various duties as needed.
