This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring they realize measurable value from a sophisticated lease and asset management technology platform.
About the Role
~1 min readThe Client Account Manager will guide customers through the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of a customer‑facing software platform. This role blends customer success, technical coordination, training, and strategic relationship management. You’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and supporting customers throughout their lifecycle.

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s customer‑facing applications, with emphasis on the lease and asset management platform.

Lead onboarding for new customers, including orientation, discovery of business objectives, and coordination with internal technical resources.

Serve as the main customer contact throughout the lifecycle, ensuring account health and driving customers toward successful outcomes.

Prepare and deliver training content that communicates both business value and technical functionality.

Create scalable customer‑education materials (print, webinars, video, etc.).

Monitor customer health trends and proactively address risks or opportunities.

Build a regular cadence with enterprise customers to review progress, provide strategic guidance, and advocate for customer needs internally.

Track customer issues through resolution, escalating to product and engineering teams when necessary.

Contribute to program development and continuous improvement within the Customer Success function.
