About the Role 
 
Do you love solving problems, connecting with people, and making technology easy to understand? We are looking for a Field Applications and Technical Support Specialist who can bridge cultures and languages to help our customers succeed and grow our exciting innovative technology. 
 
As a Field Applications and Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, and training to customers across diverse regions. Your ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will help us deliver outstanding service to our global client base.

This role is crucial in bridging the gap between the technical aspects of products and customer needs, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize the products offered by the company successfully. 
 
What You’ll Own
 
Technical Support: Provide application and technical support to customers, assisting them in the installation and use of products.  
 
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve marketing objectives and support product sales through pre- and post-sales activities.  
 
Training: Conduct training sessions for customers and sales teams on product usage and technical specifications.  
 
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products, ensuring customer satisfaction remotely and on-site. 
 
Documentation: Maintain a database of customer interactions and technical issues, and update training materials as needed.  
 
What You Bring 
 
Required 
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 6+ years of experience in customer service in scientific and technology platforms equivalent experience. 
 
Proficiency (spoken and written) in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic).  
 
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. 
 
Ability and willingness to travel regionally and internationally, up to 40% 
 
Preferred 
Ability to work independently as well as in a team with equal comfort. 
 
Background in molecular diagnostics or point-of-need testing, preferably in the veterinary market 
 
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
 
A customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of satisfaction and support 
 
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite
