Phlebotomist: 40 Hours Per Week (PM)

This individual performs phlebotomies on patients after complete and accurate identification has been established. Performs assigned duties in the front office, sample processing and other sections of the department as required for general laboratory operations. Maintains strict confidentiality of all laboratory and patient information.

A. Education: High School Graduate.

B. Years and Type of Previous Experience: None required.

C. Length of Time to Become Proficient: 3 months
