Client Services Manager

At AmanaCare, we provide faithful, personalized in-home assistance to seniors and disabled or recovering adults. We are seeking a caregiver supervisor and coordinator for the panhandle area. This position is eligible for company-wide quarterly bonuses.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining strong channels of communication with caregivers, clients, and office administration.
- Resolving challenges or issues as they arise.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
- Reporting any incidents involving client health/safety/satisfaction to appropriate administration in a timely manner.
- Non-medical in-home caregiving, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and assisting with tasks like light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to and from appointments.
Experience/Skills:
- Experience in management or supervision.
Problem-solving in unexpected situations. - Effective verbal and written communication.
- Superior phone etiquette and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
- Detail-oriented with good multi-tasking ability.
- Knowledge of general care for the elderly and disabled or recovering persons.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.
Requirements:
- Valid Nebraska driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proof of current automobile insurance.
Prior caregiving and/or management or supervisory experience is preferred.
