Manage office supplies inventory — forecast monthly needs, raise POs, reconcile invoices
Coordinate with building management for facility issues, access cards, and maintenance requests
Oversee pantry, tea-time, and office cleanliness standards
Plan and execute internal activities
Maintain and optimize the monthly office budget (tracking, reporting, variance analysis)
Handle administrative paperwork: contracts, company letters, notarization, government submissions
What We Offer

Maintain up-to-date employee data: salary records, allowances, insurance registration/termination
Manage social insurance, health insurance, and PIT-related tasks in compliance with Vietnamese labor law
Support annual salary review cycles: data preparation, benchmarking, letter generation
Liaise with internal Accounting and Legal teams for HR-related financial and compliance matters
Respond to employee queries about payslips, benefits entitlements, and deductions
Maintain accurate headcount and employee records in HR systems
Support onboarding admin: prepare employment contracts, coordinate equipment setup with IT, manage onboarding paperwork
Assist the Head of People and TABP on ad-hoc projects as needed
