We're hiring a Unity Lead who can lead our Unity development team and own the technical architecture for our mobile game publishing operations.
You'll be responsible for defining Unity standards, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality game development with proper SDK integrations. You'll make critical technical decisions, ship features fast, and build a strong engineering culture within the team.
  • Lead and mentor Unity developers (code review, 1:1s, career development)
  • Define and maintain Unity architecture standards and best practices
  • Make key technical decisions on performance, SDK integration, and tooling
  • Build core systems and complex game features hands-on
  • Integrate and maintain monetization SDKs (analytics, ads, IAP, attribution)
  • Optimize game performance for mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipeline for Unity builds
  • Sprint planning, task allocation, and team coordination
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and unblock the team
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new Unity developers
  • Must Have (Non-negotiable)
    • Senior Unity Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on Unity development experience
  • Strong proficiency in C# and Unity architecture patterns
  • Shipped 2+ mobile games to production (iOS/Android)
  • Deep understanding of mobile game optimization and performance
    • Leadership Experience:
  • 2+ years leading/mentoring developers
  • Experience with team management, sprint planning, and code reviews
  • Proven ability to guide technical decisions and architecture
  • Strong communication skills (English or Vietnamese)
    • Mobile Game Tech Stack:
  • Experience with mobile game monetization SDKs (ads, IAP)
  • Integration with analytics platforms (Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.)
  • Git workflow and collaboration in team environment
  • Understanding of mobile publishing workflows
    • Nice to Have
  • Experience with hypercasual/casual games
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Fastlane, Unity Cloud Build)
  • Experience with Firebase ecosystem (Analytics, Remote Config, Crashlytics)
  • Understanding of UA metrics and creative testing workflows
  • Experience with Ad SDKs (ironSource, AppLovin, AdMob)
  • Remote team management experience
  • Background in game publishing operations
