• →Prepare customer pricing proposals and cost estimates for chain-link fencing opportunities.
• →Research, identify, and assist in onboarding qualified vendors in new, underserved, or specialized service markets.
• →Maintain and update vegetation service records, including service dates, vendor information, and site documentation.
• →Review vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with completed work and approved pricing.
• →Evaluate service documentation and site records to identify locations requiring vegetation maintenance or follow-up services.
• →Utilize internal systems and databases to manage site information, track service activity, and maintain accurate operational records.
• →Support special projects, reporting initiatives, and additional departmental activities as assigned.

Hourly Compensation: $15.00 per hour. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.

• Ability to work at least 10 hours per week.
• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college, university, or technical school program.
• Proficient utilizing computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and other related technology to access information, complete documentation, and communicate effectively.
