Deliveries & Logistics

• →Delivering and collecting equipment and costumes across Sydney suburbs
• →Planning ahead for upcoming events and ensuring everything is prepared in advance
• →Keeping our CRM database accurate and up to date

Administration (Work From Home)

• →Managing scheduling, communications, and operational admin
• →Supporting entertainer onboarding and coordination

• →You're highly organised and thrive on keeping things running smoothly
• →You're comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• →You're proactive - you spot what needs doing before being asked
• →You communicate clearly and professionally
• →You're calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
• →You enjoy being on the move and don't mind getting your hands dirty

Requirements

• → A reliable car and current driver's licence are essential
• →Availability on weekdays
• →Comfortable working from home for admin tasks

Job Type: Casual part-time — approx. 20 hours per week
