The Opportunity
This position will be responsible for executing and deploying ASB’s digital banking services with and to customers. To be successful in this role you will need to maintain a well-developed knowledge of bank products and services offered and demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills. This position will be expected to collaborate well with other bank departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Count On To:
- Ensure remarkable customer experiences in our digital and remote service channels to all digital customers and communicating effectively features and benefits of bank services as well as training end-users
- Execute and support new and existing products and services within the bank and digital offerings
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of online business services relationships including online business banking support, ACH, electronic payments etc.
- Provide resolution for issues received for business and consumer customers via phone, email, face-to-face, or other communications in a professional, timely and accurate manner and communicate service related issues to responsible officers
- Develop an intimate understanding of customer needs and building solutions to meet these needs and assist in customer development
- Sell our deposit, payment, digital and banking services and accounts to customers
Knowledge And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or equivalent in a related field
- Banking for financial services experience preferred
- Verbally communicate and write effectively to customers and co-workers
- Ability to multitask and work on a variety of projects and with customers throughout the day
- Willing to undertake challenging tasks and provide solutions for complex problems
- Self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Must have strong business acumen to understand customer needs
