Maximo Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with expertise in Configuration Management and IBM Maximo Asset & Waste Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Maximo solutions to support asset lifecycle management and waste management processes.

Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of IBM Maximo for Asset & Waste Management.

Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies for Maximo deployment.

Oversee configuration management processes, ensuring version control and adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure system alignment with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO, and regulatory standards for asset and waste management.

Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Provide guidance on data migration, integrations, and reporting related to Maximo.

Manage project documentation, including configuration baselines, change logs, and test plans.

Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure end-user adoption of Maximo solutions.
