Warehouse Associate-ToroAire

ToroAire is a leading HVAC manufacturer’s representative and solutions provider specializing in commercial HVAC systems, make-up air, and kitchen ventilation. As part of the Ambient Enterprises family of brands, we partner with top manufacturers to deliver engineered solutions for restaurants, institutional facilities, and commercial/industrial customers. This person will play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-moving setting. You will work closely with warehouse and counter sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

• →Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-ins
• →Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and order confirmations
• →Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system
• →Support customers and Ambient partners with parts and aftermarket pricing, product availability, and documentation
• →Assist customers with parts quotes and basic technical questions
• →Coordinate with vendors, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
• →Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and solutions
• →Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order records
• →Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors and internal partners

• 1–3+ years of parts sales, customer service, or counter sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, or building products preferred)
• HVAC product knowledge or strong willingness to learn (equipment, parts, and systems)
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment
• Proficient with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

• HVAC distribution or contractor experience
• Familiarity with quoting, submittals, or light technical support
• Experience supporting outside sales teams

Compensation: $27-32/hr DOE
