Through our culture of making a real impact, fostering growth, embracing flexibility, and building connections, we enable them to live meaningful lives while making a difference in the world. ## In one sentence * The Technical Business Coordinator supports the design, build, and rollout of an enterprise security platform enhanced with Agentic AI capabilities. * The role bridges business expectations and technical implementation, working with Japanese client stakeholders and global delivery teams. * This is not a hands-on development role, but it requires strong technical understanding of security platforms and AI systems. ## What will your job look like? # Client & Stakeholder Coordination * Act as the primary technical coordination point between Japanese clients and delivery teams. * Translate business and security requirements between Japanese and English. * Facilitate technical workshops, requirement discussions, and review meetings. * Ensure alignment on security, compliance, and AI usage expectations. * Support approval-driven and consensus-based decision processes. # Security Platform Coordination * Coordinate implementation and validation of security monitoring and threat detection capabilities. * Coordinate endpoint, identity, cloud security, and data protection controls. * Track security control coverage and configuration readiness. * Support mapping of controls to audit and compliance expectations. * Ensure security readiness before AI capabilities are enabled. # Agentic AI Enablement * * Coordinate development and rollout of AI-driven security assistants. * Ensure AI uses approved data sources and operates in advisory or read-only mode. * Validate explainability, auditability, and safety of AI outputs. * Act as a bridge between AI engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders. ## All you need is... # Experience Requirements * 8–15 years of experience in technical coordination, security, cloud, or enterprise delivery roles. * Experience working with Japanese enterprise clients is strongly preferred. * Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments is a plus. # Language Requirements * Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1) read & write. * Business-level English proficiency. # Success Criteria * Clear and approved requirements with minimal rework. * Smooth coordination across security, cloud, and AI teams. * High trust and satisfaction from Japanese stakeholders. * AI capabilities delivered without security or compliance escalations. ## Why you will love this job: * You will be working within an extremely diverse and multi-cultural environment, and a fast growing and dynamic organization * You will be provided with a rare learning opportunity within an experienced team, working on high end technology and solutions. * You will be working on market leading software for the telecommunications industry Amdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
