Assistant Store Manager

We are expanding our Emporium team, we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and elevate the in-store experience.

• → Supporting and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and reach sales targets
• → Driving a culture of accountability, learning, and performance
• → Championing visual merchandising, product walkthroughs, and sell-through strategies
• → Problem-solving and jumping in wherever needed — from stockroom to sales floor
• → Fostering community and bringing the Arc’teryx experience to life for our guests
• → Partnering with the Store Manager to lead hiring, onboarding, and team development
• → Supporting operational excellence, including labour planning and inventory

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a retail environment
• A growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• A love for the outdoors — and the gear that gets you out there
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
• A commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically and act decisively
• A passion for people — your team, your guests, your community
