Responsibilities

- →Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.
- →At least 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment, including project coordination, administrative support, and/or customer service is required. Non-profit, association, or healthcare experience is a plus.
- →Strong writing, editing and communication skills are required.
- →Ability to consistently produce accurate, thorough, and high-quality work by reviewing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- →Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze information, interpret standards accurately, and exercise sound judgment.
- →Excellent customer service, project coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- →Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- →Experience leveraging AI is a plus.
