The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,100 - $60,000 (commensurate with related experience).

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment, including project coordination, administrative support, and/or customer service is required. Non-profit, association, or healthcare experience is a plus.

  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills are required.

  • Ability to consistently produce accurate, thorough, and high-quality work by reviewing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze information, interpret standards accurately, and exercise sound judgment.

  • Excellent customer service, project coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Experience leveraging AI is a plus.
