Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record quality and safety information accurately.
  • Help fulfill the daily production schedule efficiently and consistently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized labeling area throughout each shift.
  • Follow all departmental rules, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to four hours at a time) and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong focus, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions carefully.
  • Team-oriented mindset — willing to step up and help wherever needed.
  • Manufacturing and/or equipment maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
