What You'll Do

  • Plan and lead engaging social, recreational, and wellness programs for residents
  • Supervise and support Activities/Lifestyle staff and volunteers
  • Coordinate events, outings, and community-wide celebrations for residents and families
  • Collaborate with other departments to create meaningful experiences across all care levels
  • Maintain activity calendars, documentation, and program compliance with state and federal guidelines

What you will need:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 2 years of Activities experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility required
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
