At Trail Ridge Senior Living Community, you'll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and HR operations. What We Offer

~1 min read- →Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and new hire experiences.
- →Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and employee relations.
- →Plan and support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and training initiatives.
- →Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- →Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process and assist managers with payroll and timekeeping questions.
- →Support performance management, coaching, and employee development.
- →Assist with workers' compensation, safety initiatives, compliance, and HR documentation.
- →Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and long-term care regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG, ADP, or Dayforce.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and payroll practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to occasionally respond to business needs outside of regular business hours.
