- Competitive salary of $60,000–$75,000 per year
- Monday–Friday schedule with core hours of 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Human Resources Generalist, you'll serve as a trusted HR partner by supporting employees, managers, and daily HR operations that help create a strong workplace culture.
Responsibilities include:
- →Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and new hire experiences
- →Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
- →Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and training initiatives
- →Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information
- →Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process and assist managers with payroll and timekeeping questions
- →Support performance management, coaching, and employee development efforts
- →Assist with workers' compensation, safety initiatives, compliance, and HR documentation
- →Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and long-term care regulations
- →Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
- →Provide HR support and respond to business needs outside of regular hours when necessary
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum two years of Human Resources experience required
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG, ADP, or Dayforce preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and payroll practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to occasionally support business needs outside of regular business hours
