What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and maintain nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Communicate scheduling changes and staffing needs with team members.
  • Conduct assessments.
  • Assist with staffing adjustments for call-ins, PTO, and vacancies.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and staffing documentation.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to support daily staffing operations.
  • Help ensure compliance with staffing requirements and organizational policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the nursing department as needed.
What You'll Need:
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
  • Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
