  • Competitive salary of $52,000–$64,000 per year, with credit given for experience
  • Full-time Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities

As an LPN Scheduler, you'll combine your nursing knowledge and organizational skills to support efficient staffing operations and help ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and maintain nursing staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
  • Communicate scheduling updates, changes, and staffing needs with team members
  • Conduct resident assessments as needed
  • Assist with staffing adjustments related to call-ins, PTO, vacancies, and daily coverage needs
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and staffing documentation
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to support daily staffing operations
  • Help ensure compliance with staffing requirements, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Provide administrative support to the nursing department as needed

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
  • Minimum one year of LPN experience required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting exceptional resident care
