What You'll Do:

• Conduct clinical consultations and guide admission decisions for prospective residents
• Support census management by ensuring appropriate clinical placement across service lines based on patient needs
• Collaborate with hospital clinicians and referral partners to support continuity of care and timely admissions
• Review referrals for medical appropriateness and coordinate admissions
• Manage clinical intake, including records review, insurance verification, and clinical transitions
• Promote service offerings to community partners and generate referral sources

What you will need: 

• Active Nebraska RN License (unencumbered) 
• 2 years of skilled nurse experience (required) 
• Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
