At Trail Ridge Senior Living Community, you'll lead the sales and marketing efforts for our assisted living community by connecting with prospective residents, cultivating referral partnerships, coordinating events, and guiding families through the move-in process. ~1 min read- →Serve as the primary on-site sales and marketing representative for the community.
- →Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners using a consultative sales approach.
- →Conduct personalized tours and guide prospects through the decision-making and move-in process.
- →Manage inquiries, leads, follow-up activities, and waitlists using the community's CRM system.
- →Develop and maintain referral networks through community outreach, presentations, and networking events.
- →Plan and coordinate marketing events, educational programs, and promotional activities.
- →Collaborate with Home Office Marketing to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
- →Monitor sales performance, occupancy trends, and prepare regular sales reports.
- →Assist prospective residents with applications, contracts, financial information, and move-in documentation.
- →Stay informed on local market trends and competitor offerings to support occupancy goals.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing and sales experience using a relationship-based sales approach.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to build trust with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with sound professional judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for tours and special events.
- Willingness to travel locally for networking, outreach, and marketing activities.
- Fluent English communication required.
