Summer Hire - Cook Winston-Salem

The Summer Maintenance Assistant supports the day-to-day upkeep of commercial facilities. This role assists with preventative maintenance, light repairs, and general building and grounds maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• →Perform basic maintenance tasks (filter changes, light repairs, inspections)
• →Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical support tasks
• →Complete assigned work orders
• →Maintain building cleanliness and safety standards
• →Assist with grounds upkeep and general labor tasks
• →Report maintenance issues to supervisors

Must have a relative employed at Cook.

Reliable with strong work ethic.Basic mechanical aptitude.Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Valid Driver License.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbsAble to stand, bend, and work indoors/outdoors

Gain hands-on experience in commercial facilities maintenance with exposure to building systems and skilled trades.
