Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option.
- →Handle inbound calls while also proactively reaching out to leads provided by the company.
- →Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits.
- →Outline debt settlement terms & conditions, including monthly payments and the timeline for resolution.
- →Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and agreements within the company's CRM system to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- →Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- →Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, as well as company policies related to debt settlement.
- →Keep up-to-date with changes in the debt settlement industry, including legal updates and market conditions, to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be willing and able to commute to our office in Irvine, California on a daily basis.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Proficient in Google Workspace, email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, and internet navigation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- Skilled in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, handle objections confidently, and guide them toward informed financial decisions.
Must be available to work evenings as required.
