Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, providing updates and feedback as needed

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

- Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies and processes

- Provide training and support to clients on our services and products

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to better serve our clients

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of government contracting and/or healthcare industry is a plus

- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
