We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will support project planning, tracking, reporting, and performance analysis to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and improve project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
  • Analyze project data and prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Track risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Assist with project planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Support project managers with documentation, meeting coordination, and reporting
  • Maintain project records and ensure data accuracy across project management tools
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates
  • Support compliance with organizational project management standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, business analysis, or related roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
  • Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
