  • Strategic Advisory: Cultivate trust with clients and prospects through insightful recommendations encompassing a diverse range of products and services.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Foster an intimate understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and historical interactions. Stay attuned to changes in the business landscape and client demands, responding promptly and effectively.
  • Portfolio Management: Take charge of client portfolios, assuming the role of the relationship lead to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborative Expertise: Collaborate with internal and external experts to seamlessly deliver comprehensive solutions, incorporating investment tasks, credit, banking, and other professional services.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Provide essential administrative support that underpins the efficiency and efficacy of client interactions.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences by guiding clients through the necessary KYC documentation processes, ensuring adherence to AML, Compliance, and other regulatory standards.
  • Account Management: Execute meticulous account opening procedures to lay the foundation for enduring client relationships.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain an open channel of communication with both clients and financial institutions, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
  • Regulatory Adherence: excellent compliance with legal and regulatory requisites to guarantee ethical and lawful practices.

New Client Acquisition: Drive the growth of our clientele by actively pursuing and onboarding new clients, employing your business development prowess.

Requirements

You will be part of a Team based in Zurich and will be responsible for establishing long-term mutually beneficial client relationships, provide service excellence to meet our clients’ complex and very demanding needs, objectives and expectations. You will become responsible for developing existing and new relationships and contribute to company’s revenue growth. In the same time, you have to adhere to the highest compliance standards based on Swiss regulatory environment and make sure that other team members follow established compliance procedures.

Requirements:

  • higher economic education;
  • 3 to 5 years of banking experience in Ultra High Net Worth and high risk (CIS markets) client segments;
  • fluency in English, knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian will be a plus,
  • excellent computer user skills,
  • reliable team player with sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to changing demands,
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure and multiple priorities,
  • willingness to work with a flexible time schedule.
