amika is looking for an Sr. Creative Operations Manager to join our in-house creative team and lead the operational delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and major brand initiatives from concept through launch. This role requires deep experience working within creative organizations and managing complex campaign workflows across digital, social, retail, and product launches. The Senior Creative Operations Manager plays a critical role in translating go-to-market plans into coordinated creative execution.

~1 min read- 6–8+ years of experience working within creative teams, agencies, or brand-side marketing organizations within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and product launches
- Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) processes and coordinating cross-functional campaign execution
- Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, editorial, video, and production
- Experience supporting or managing photoshoot production for campaign and social content
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Wrike, or similar)
- Ability to work 10-14hr workdays on photoshoots
