Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and communicative Outbound Calling Operator to work with our partners. This is not a traditional call center role — you will guide and train partners on how to use our platform and start earning.

Key Responsibilities

• Call registered partners using your mobile phone

• Guide them step-by-step on using their dashboard

• Help partners understand how to create and share Medical Sets

• Answer questions and maintain a friendly, helpful conversation

• Build ongoing communication, not just short calls

Requirements

• Experience in a call center or outbound calling role

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + Hinglish required; English is a plus)

• Clear, confident speaking style

• Ability to maintain conversations and explain simply

• High level of responsibility and self-discipline (remote work)

• Comfortable working full-time (8-hour workday)

Working conditions

• Fully remote

• 8-hour workday (full-time commitment required)

• Calls made from your own mobile phone (call expenses reimbursed)

• Startup environment (simple tools now, scaling to IP telephony soon)
