The ideal candidate will have an active Florida license, be board certified, and be willing to take call. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases Work in a team-based care model Take call on weekdays and weekends Maintain current certifications, including ACLS and BLS Complete all required documentation Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff Qualifications: Active Florida license Board certification ACLS and BLS certifications 2+ years of experience as a CRNA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weeknights and weekends Willingness to take call Additional Information: The facility is located in Gainesville, FL. The facility has 25 operating rooms. The facility offers a variety of cases, including general surgery, ortho, GI, endo, eyes, healthy peds, urology, robotics, OB/GYN, bariatrics, vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, and bronchoscopy. The facility uses Meditech for EMR. Available shifts include 5-8s, 24 hour OB, 12s, 10s, 14s, and 16s. Call shifts include weekday beeper 3:30p-7a and weekend call 7a-7a 24 hour. The facility requires candidates to have full-time open availability and be willing to take call.
