About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing QA/QC documentation, reviewing technical drawings and method statements, coordinating inspections, and supporting the resolution of non-conformance issues. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and consultants to maintain effective quality control systems and drive continuous improvement across project execution.
- Develop and review ITP (Inspection Test Plan) and QA/QC documentation in accordance with project specifications
- Coordinate with client/consultant for inspection approval and documentation submission
- Lead Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process including investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
- Review engineering drawings and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Conduct and supervise inspections (in-process and final) of construction works and materials
- Monitor effectiveness of quality control systems and propose continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Familiar in handling QA/QC process for civil, structure, architectural, even MEP within construction site
- Proven experience in preparing ITP (Inspection Test Plan), QA/QC documentation, and inspection reports
- Strong ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements to identify quality risks or deviations
- Experience handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and coordinating corrective and preventive actions
- Good understanding of construction materials, installation processes, and quality inspection procedures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with project stakeholders
- Proficiency in QA/QC documentation tools, reporting systems, and Google workspace
