Education Intern - Prestige

The Education Intern – Prestige will support the development and execution of innovative, engaging education materials and retail training tools across the AmorePacific Prestige Division (Laneige, Innisfree & Hanyul). This role offers hands-on experience in written materials, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to impactful training programs that elevate brand storytelling and drive retail performance. The intern will work closely with the Associate Director of Content – Prestige and gain exposure to the intersection of education, marketing, and sales in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist in the creation and editing of education materials including product one-sheets, training decks, soundbites, and ingredient demos.
- →Support the development of digital content such as education videos and presentations.
- →Help manage and organize content uploads on the AP Academy LMS platform.
- →Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance training programs.
- →Assist with administrative tasks and project tracking to ensure timely delivery of content.
- →Support preparation and logistics for trainings and retail activations as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or retail experience in beauty/skincare is a plus.
- Salary: $18-21/hr
