The Education Intern – Prestige will support the development and execution of innovative, engaging education materials and retail training tools across the AmorePacific Prestige Division (Laneige, Innisfree & Hanyul). This role offers hands-on experience in written materials, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to impactful training programs that elevate brand storytelling and drive retail performance. The intern will work closely with the Associate Director of Content – Prestige and gain exposure to the intersection of education, marketing, and sales in the beauty industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and editing of education materials including product one-sheets, training decks, soundbites, and ingredient demos.
  • Support the development of digital content such as education videos and presentations.
  • Help manage and organize content uploads on the AP Academy LMS platform.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance training programs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and project tracking to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Support preparation and logistics for trainings and retail activations as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship or retail experience in beauty/skincare is a plus.
  • Salary: $18-21/hr
