~1 min read- →Manage personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
- →Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- →Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings
- →Take and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)
- →Appear at hearings, mediations, inspections, and trial
- →Handle settlement negotiations and mediation participation
- →Track billables (150/month minimum)
- →Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure case readiness
- →Stay current on case law and procedural updates
Requirements
~1 min read- JD from accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar (in good standing)
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Trial experience required (minimum 3 trials)
