This is a confidential opportunity for a Construction Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative team supporting approximately 7–9 attorneys. This individual will play a key role in managing litigation matters, with a strong focus on trial preparation and eDiscovery. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to operate with minimal supervision while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

→Support full trial lifecycle, including trial preparation and attendance
→Assist with deposition prep, discovery, and overall case management
→Maintain billing time and support attorneys with day-to-day litigation needs
