• →Handle a broad range of general liability and tort litigation matters.
• →Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• →Develop case strategy, prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• →Conduct legal research and provide risk assessments and recommendations to clients.
• →Work closely with clients, maintaining strong communication and delivering excellent service.
• →Take on opportunities for business development, including collaborating with existing casualty defense clients and developing your own portfolio.

• 2-6 years of Illinois OR Indiana insurance defense experience required.
• Strong foundation in tort litigation and general liability matters.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
