Responsibilities

→Conduct thorough conflicts checks / screenings and review reports for potential conflicts of interest
→Maintain and update accurate, reliable database records
→Collaborate with conflicts team, attorneys, and General Counsel to resolve issues and support matter openings
→Communicate with attorneys and staff to gather information, clarify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy
→Validate conflicts check requirements to ensure policy and legal compliance
→Perform corporate research to verify entities and understand organizational structures
→Coordinate with accounting and internal teams to ensure data consistency
→Provide after-hours or weekend support as needed
→Follow firm policies, procedures, and operational standards

Requirements

Understanding of conflicts processes in legal/professional services environments
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
