A mid‑sized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation. This full‑time position involves case development, discovery support, factual research, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with case development, discovery tasks, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct factual investigations, including reviewing records, public documents, and online sources.
  • Support discovery projects, including subpoenas, written discovery, document review, and deposition preparation.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize evidence while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and witness binders; assist with courtroom logistics as needed.
  • Manage large volumes of case documents using litigation support software.
  • Conduct legal and factual research using online research tools.
  • Coordinate communication among attorneys, clients, experts, investigators, and witnesses.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely updates throughout the litigation process.
  • Perform additional litigation support duties as assigned.

Requirements
