Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare, revise, and finalize transactional and corporate documents
- →Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including escrow and closing coordination
- →Draft correspondence, engagement letters, and legal forms
- →Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, and attorney scheduling
- →Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files
- →Coordinate document execution and signatures
- →Handle client communication in a professional and responsive manner
- →Perform filing, scanning, billing support, and other administrative tasks as needed
