Registered Nurse-Hourly

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The OR RN will provide high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and experience working in an operating room environment.

• →Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• →Serve as circulating nurse in the operating room.
• →Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies for surgical cases.
• →Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technicians to ensure safe patient care.
• →Monitor patient condition and maintain sterile environment during procedures.
• →Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
• →Educate patients and families on pre-operative and post-operative care.
• →Follow infection control, safety, and ASC protocols.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and perioperative nursing practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
