Manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, month-end close, financial reporting)
Develop and maintain cost accounting processes (job costing, inventory, standard costing)
Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and profitability
Prepare and improve financial reporting packages
Perform FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling
Provide insights on business performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization
Support leadership with data-driven recommendations
Help build processes and structure within a growing organization

Prior accounting experience required
Solid foundation and experience in financial accounting and reporting required
Manufacturing experience preferred
Proactive and self-directed with strong analytical skills and a business mindset
Background in nimble, small‑team environments; experience driving process improvements and building effective systems preferred
Hands-on, accountable, and eager to take ownership
Growth mindset with interest in evolving into a leadership role
