ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Director of Business Process & Systems in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. The Director of Business Process & Systems will own the design and governance of ANA’s end-to-end business processes and ensure they are properly implemented across the company’s core technology platforms. This role will establish and maintain a unified process architecture across operations, HR, finance, IT, sales, marketing, engineering, support, and supply chain, ensuring departmental decisions support downstream workflows and system integrity. The objective is to create a coherent operating model supported by well-integrated enterprise systems, enabling ANA to scale efficiently. This role requires someone who can lead cross-department change, influence teams across the organization, and ensure that new processes and systems are not only designed well but fully adopted.
 
The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the VP of Finance and IT. 
Enterprise Process Architecture:
  • Map and document ANA’s core end-to-end workflows, including:
  • Lead-to-Order
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Manufacture-to-Ship
  • Inventory Management
  • Record-to-Report
  • Employee Lifecycle
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cross-department failure points.
  • Enterprise Systems Design: 
  • Translate business processes into documented system workflows across ANA’s technology stack, including:
  • MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Salesforce
  • Finance, operations, HR and reporting platforms (including Power BI)
  • Integration and automation tools
  • Master data and permission governance structures
  • Cross-Functional Process Governance:
  • Establish governance for how processes are created, modified, and maintained.
  • Evaluate departmental process changes for downstream operational and system impacts.
  • Facilitate alignment between departments.
  • Continuous Process Improvement:
  • Drive operational efficiency through automation, standardization, and system optimization.
  • Reduce manual workarounds and process delays.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of operational and financial data.
  • System Adoption and Enablement:
  • Improve effective use of core platforms such as Business Central and Salesforce.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to ensure processes are correctly executed within systems.
  • Provide guidance and training to support the adoption of improved workflows.
  • Timesheet Management & Approvals:
  • Review, verify, and approve employee timesheets, sick time, paid time off (PTO), and floating holiday requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies, payroll schedules, and applicable labor regulations.
  • Evaluate and manage time-off approvals with consideration for maintaining appropriate staffing levels to support operational needs and quality output.
  • Resolve discrepancies, address timekeeping issues, and coordinate with payroll as needed to ensure accurate and timely pay processing.
  • Performance Documentation & Support: 
  • Actively manage employee performance by maintaining ongoing documentation related to skills, performance trends, development progress, and compliance.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and goal alignment.
  • Utilize documented insights to support annual performance reviews, performance management processes, succession planning, and informed management decision-making, including identifying high-potential talent and workforce readiness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, information systems, or related fields.
  • 10–15+ years leading enterprise process transformation, ERP architecture, or operational systems implementation.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional change in organizations where processes span multiple departments and systems.
  • Experience implementing or rescuing ERP/CRM transformations where adoption, governance, and workflow discipline were required across teams.
  • Strong experience aligning ERP (Business Central or similar), CRM (Salesforce or similar), and operational systems into a coherent operating model.
  • Proven ability to navigate organizational resistance and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Experience operating in manufacturing, operationally complex, or rapidly scaling companies strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise operational workflows across finance, operations, sales, supply chain, HR, and support.
  • Experience translating business processes into system architecture across ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, system integrations, and enterprise reporting environments (e.g., Power BI).
  • Change driver – Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing the organization toward disciplined processes and system adoption.
  • Influential communicator – Able to command a room, build credibility quickly, and lead cross-department discussions with senior leaders.
  • Organizational diplomat – Skilled at navigating personalities, incentives, and departmental friction to move change forward.
  • Systems thinker – Understands how decisions in one department cascade across operations, finance, and enterprise systems.
  • Process architect – Able to design workflows that scale with the business and eliminate operational friction.
  • Operationally fluent – Comfortable working directly with operations, finance, engineering, IT, and sales teams.
  • Business-to-system translator – Converts operational needs into system logic, automation, and integrated workflows across ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Relentless executor – Focused on ensuring processes are actually adopted, not just designed.
