We’re looking for a Materials Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is energized by driving operational excellence. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of our operations—ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time—while leading initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and support production success.

This is more than a logistics role—it’s an opportunity to lead, influence, and transform how materials move across our business.

Responsibilities

  • Own Material Flow Excellence – Ensure accurate, on-time delivery of materials to meet production and customer commitments
  • Lead End-to-End Operations – Oversee inventory, warehousing, and transportation with a focus on performance and scalability
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and increase efficiency
  • Leverage Data for Impact – Use KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities and implement measurable improvements
  • Optimize Cost & Productivity – Develop strategies that balance operational efficiency with financial performance
  • Build Strong Partnerships – Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
  • Lead & Develop Talent – Coach and inspire a high-performing team focused on accountability, growth, and results
  • Manage with Discipline – Oversee departmental budgets aligned to operational and financial goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or materials management
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement environments (certification a plus)
  • Deep expertise in inventory control and material planning
  • Experience with international logistics (preferred)
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and building strong teams
