We are looking for an experienced Consolidation Supervisor to oversee and manage daily consolidation operations within the warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising team leaders and warehouse associates, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support accurate and on-time outbound shipments.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- → Supervise and coordinate daily consolidation operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time dispatch.
- → Lead and support Team Leaders and warehouse staff to achieve operational KPIs and productivity targets.
- → Monitor order accuracy, consolidation quality, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- → Plan workforce allocation based on operational priorities and daily volume.
- → Coordinate with inbound, inventory, dispatch, and transportation teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- → Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- → Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across the consolidation area.
- → Review and validate operational reports, shipment documentation, and system transactions.
- → Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize errors and delays.
- → Support training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- →Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- → Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- → At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within warehouse or distribution operations.
- → Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including consolidation, inventory management, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
- → Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- → Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- → Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- → Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- → Excellent organizational skills with a focus on quality, accuracy, and customer service.
