Operations Supervisor "Warehouse"

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, tracking KPIs for Team Leaders, pickers, and other operational staff, and ensuring that all processes are running efficiently.

The role involves supervising warehouse activities, ensuring accurate order preparation, and confirming that goods are delivered to all branches correctly and on time. The Operations Supervisor will also work closely with different teams to maintain high operational standards and resolve any issues that may arise.

• →Monitor and track KPIs for Team Leaders, pickers, and all operational departments
• →Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations
• → Oversee order preparation and ensure accuracy and quality
• → Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to all branches
• → Identify operational issues and implement improvements
• → Coordinate with different departments to maintain workflow efficiency
• → Prepare reports and provide performance insights
• →Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards

• →Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or warehouse supervision
• →Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes
• → Good command of English
• → Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• → Strong leadership and team management skills
• → Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• →Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
