Anchor Home is seeking an HR Intern to support our administrative team with a variety of human resources and recruiting activities. This role will assist with scheduling interviews, screening candidates, posting job ads, tracking employee trainings, and supporting social media content. We are looking for a highly organized, strong communicator who is eager to learn and grow throughout the summer. We are looking for a highly organized, strong communicator who is eager to learn.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Leverage recruiting tools to conduct phone screenings with candidates
- →Leverage scheduling tools to schedule in person and virtual interviews with candidates
- →Assist in the management of physical and digital filing/record keeping
- →Assist with entering new employee information in required systems
- →Assist with scheduling new hire trainings and documenting completed trainings
- →Assist with modernizing the internal training management site
- →Work with marketing team to post content on social media and email channels
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Passion for HR, employee experience, talent acquisition, or operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stays organized in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Location: In person, Timonium, MD
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
