Inside Sales Center Confirmation Agent - Lexington, KY

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

This position is scheduled for full-time, 40 hours per week, with two days off each week. Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.

• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Follow a comfortable script
• Confirm appointments with homeowners via call or texting system
• Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Energetic, versatile, and highly motivated
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

• →Make inbound and outbound calls and send text messages to leads and existing customers to schedule in-home design consultation appointments
• →Follow provided scripts and processes to accurately set qualified appointments
• →Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details within internal databases
• →Support Design Consultants by ensuring appointment information is complete and properly documented
• →Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers in alignment with Renewal by Andersen’s Signature Service Program
• →Represent the company professionally and positively in every customer interaction
