Window Installer - Lake Superior Region

Base Pay: $24+/hour (based on experience, education, certifications, etc.)

Purpose of the Role

An Installer sets the tone for our Signature Service experience. You will:

· Perform basic to routine window and door removals and installations

· Ensure proper job site setup and protection

· Complete tear-down and full site clean-up

· Deliver installations in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards

· Taking time to connect with homeowners

Qualifications

Do you have:

· 2+ years of window installation or remodeling experience

· High school diploma or equivalent

· A proven track record of superior workmanship

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

· Scheduled availability when homeowners are present

Are you:

· Proficient with tools and equipment

· Strong in assessment, problem solving, and decision making

· Self-motivated with excellent time management

· Accountable and team-oriented

· Empathetic with strong customer service skills

· Able to communicate clearly with peers and homeowners
