• →Manage a caseload of approximately 100 active personal injury litigation cases with the support of a dedicated paralegal team.
• →Lead all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• →Negotiate and communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• →Oversee case settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and other parties.
• →Work closely with senior attorneys to develop winning litigation strategies and further your legal skills.

• 2-5 years of experience as a personal injury plaintiff attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas 
• Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, mediations, and trial work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your caseload efficiently.
