As a Graduate Program Instructor, you will lead the team focused on clarifying goals and desired outcomes for students following graduation. This begins with formal and informal assessments of each individual’s unique needs, which will inform the development and implementation of plans. What You Will Do as a Graduate Program Instructor:

• You will develop and maintain program systems to ensure organization and management of materials, equipment, paperwork, and schedules.
• You will prepare, deliver, and assess the outcomes of individual and group instruction on a daily basis.
• You will train team members to ensure that service delivery is aligned with the objectives laid out in each graduate program plan; you’ll regularly evaluate outcomes to determine if adjustments or additional training are needed.
• You will utilize behavioral supports to maximize learning and skill acquisition success for each individual.
• You will remain devoted to building a successful, cohesive program team who actively supports unique learning, communication, social skills, and behavioral needs, honoring all individuals for exactly who they are.

• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and training skills.

• A commitment to building strong, trusted relationships with colleagues and with the individuals and families we serve.

• High School Diploma, with sufficient knowledge and experience to satisfactorily perform the responsibilities of the position.
• Are capable - at all times - of initiating or assisting in all components of the crisis intervention of the agency, and of assisting occupants in the orderly evacuation of the facility, by both primary and secondary paths, in the event of a fire or other emergency.
• Obtain and maintain Medication Certification Status.
• Obtain and maintain Agency Driver status.
• Obtain and subsequently maintain qualifications in all health, safety, and crisis intervention procedures of the agency, such as First Aid, CPR, SCIP-R and medication administration certification.
• Complete required agency training.
• Adhere to all mandated reporting requirements, agency policies, and organizational protocols.

Pay Range: $22.50 - $27.70 Hourly / based on experience and RBT certification.
