WE ARE HIRING:



Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Content Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role (ideally within an agency).

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

  • Ability to develop content strategies and storytelling.

  • Experience working with creative and cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical skills to interpret metrics and optimize content performance.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Intermediate/advanced English (preferred).

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives.

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee content publishing across different platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).

  • Coordinate with creative teams (design, copy, video) for content production.

  • Analyze content performance and generate actionable insights.

  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines.

  • Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Propose innovative ideas, trends, and formats to improve engagement.
