WE ARE HIRING:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related areas.
Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of the influencer ecosystem, digital platforms, and content trends.
Proven experience negotiating with influencers, talent managers, and talent agencies.
Experience creating reports, analyzing campaign metrics, and interpreting performance results.
Ability to manage campaign budgets and timelines.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Excellent organizational skills, follow-up, and attention to detail.
Previous experience in marketing, communications, PR, or influencer marketing agencies is highly preferred.

Design and execute Influencer Marketing strategies for clients across various industries.
Identify, evaluate, and select influencers and content creators aligned with campaign objectives.
Manage commercial negotiations with influencers, talent agencies, and representatives.
Coordinate campaigns from start to finish, including contracting, follow-up, approvals, content publication, and campaign closure.
Ensure deliverables, timelines, and campaign guidelines are met.
Develop briefs, strategic proposals, and talent recommendations.
Monitor campaign budgets and financial controls.
Track campaign performance, generate reports, and present insights to clients and internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and representation agencies.
Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging platforms, and collaboration opportunities.
Participate in events, product launches, and activations when required.
